Lynette has been amazing in post natal pilates with helping me get my confidence back to get back into fitness and working out after having had baby. it's amazing to be able to bring baby to the sessions with me as well and she's wonderful with baby while giving me the time & space to complete the exercises. She has adjusted the difficulty of exercises as the weeks have gone on and I have regained strength - and she has learned/adapted to my level of fitness. I would definitely recommend pilates with Lynette!

I would highly recommend FlexiFitness. I have never done pilates before and have just completed a 6 week programme with Lynette. I was very impressed with how much it helped my body especially the aches and pains of Tennis Elbow. Lynette is kind, caring and friendly. She puts you at ease and will tailor elements of the class to fit your need. Thank you. Looking forward to more pilates in the future.
